She began as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), then Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and advancing to Registered Nurse (RN). For more than 2 decades, she has cultivated experience across multiple levels of patient care.

Beyond the bedside, AaLona remains deeply committed to her community. She recently partnered with The Detroit Talent Hub to co-found a Healthcare Training Center in her hometown of Detroit, Michigan, designed to inspire and prepare the next generation of healthcare professionals.
